On Saturday, Nov. 6 from noon to 1:30 an appetizing array of local food trucks—Curbside Cupcake, Sweetflow Mobile, TaKorean, Red Hook Lobster and Fry Captain—arrives at the Constitution Avenue entrance of the National Museum of American History with a wide range of flavorful fare available for purchase (prices vary).

This “food truck muster” is part of the Smithsonian’s Lemelson Center for the Study of Invention and Innovation “Food for Thought” symposium.
