I am Indian but am always hesitant to go indian trucks because usally the only thing indian about them is the name.
But not here the food taste so yummy and very authentic. And has been prepared with love and effort.
Love the fact they make the Naan in the truck.(So Rare).

Today was my first time trying this food truck and the food was not good at all. Now I still need to buy lunch, which is a waste of money and my precious time - but hey gotta eat! I'm definitely not eating this. It's bland and it really is not a good portion of food albeit it's nasty. Don't waste your time or money. I havent tried the garlic naan yet so hopefully they didn't mess that up. (I mean how could you really????)...I just tasted the naan and that's ok but still not enough to fill my belly for lunch......happy hunting!

I wanted to like it – an all veg truck is rare, and you get a lot of food (3 dishes+rice+naan+pickle). But the food was ok to not good. The paneer tikka was terrible – too sweet and runny, the paneer very chewy and overcooked. The spinach and potato/green beans were ok, but most of the flavor was from the fresh cilantro they garnish with before serving (a nice touch).

Disappointed that they no longer have the pick 2 option - I was hoping for a light meal, not a full platter. The food was pretty good, but I'm not anxious to have it again (which is pretty much in line with my experience at the brick and mortar restaurant). Nice to see another vegetarian truck out there!

Best vegetarian Indian food truck and restaurant in the area. The food is so fresh you can taste it. Not heavy, grease, or too spicy. Just flavorful and delicious.
