Surprising depth of flavor, citrusy, spicy and fresh tasting. Great proportion of items within the dish.

Extremely disappointing, will never order from this truck again. The spinach, onions or tomatoes were still raw, were not grilled in the quesadilla. all the ingrediants look asn though they were bought at Costco and just put together on the fly. The olives were cheap brand and were too salty. The salsa was from a can; the guac which was 1.99 extra was also store bought, not even fresh. The rice was undercooked, yellow with no taste, with a dairy hot sauce placed on time to give the illusion of flavor. for the price I rather have gone to Chipotle the quality and freshness of the food is higher.
