Delicious! Crust was crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. The "stew" was juicy and loaded with flavor and had the perfect balance of savory and sweet. I loved the pepper sauce that came with the salteñas. it's not too spicy but has a nice kick. I can't wait to try some of the other offerings. Good job Latin & American Flavors!

I ordered the fish tacos and had no idea how delicious they would turn out to be. I asked for spicy and the tacos had just enough of a kick. There was some sort of creamy tomatillo that was excellent. And each taco came with a wedge of lime - that's what I'm talking about!

My usual dish from this truck is the rice and beans but, now that its summer, I was looking for something lighter. I am not a huge fish fan but I like tilapia. These tacos were really good. the tilapia was grilled fresh with when I ordered. The seasonings and all the rest of the flavors worked well. Three tacos was more than enough for lunch (and I am a big eater).

I tried this food truck offerings for the first time yesterday, ordering the chicken tacos (corn tortilla) and a side of beans. The food was very fresh and tasty, with just the right amount of kick in the pico de gallo. I was thrilled to see they were back today, so I ordered chicken tacos again (the side of beans was so big, I had leftovers for today). I was not disappointed! On top of very tasty and reasonably priced food, the guys that work the truck are very friendly. I highly recommend!

so many taco/burrito trucks these days - fortunately, they are different enough from each other and are all good. I ordered the Beef with Beans and Rice topped with lettuce and pico de gallo. as I am not a big fan of spinach tortillas. The meal was excellent. the beef was very tender with good flavor. I am a wimp so I did not try the hot sauce.

Lunch was awesome!!! Can't wait until they are in the Courthouse area again!!!

Customer services was excellent, he explained what was in his food and even let me taste the sauce to see if I liked it.

I am 100% pleased!
