Balkanik Taste’s chef, originally from Bulgaria, wants to present the Balkan culture to DC! Their includes “Kyufte” (typical Bulgarian), “Pljeskavica” which its traditional Serbian, “Shopska Salad” and a Soup of the Day which will change during the seasons. All the vegetables are sourced locally and the proteins are prepped fresh daily (nothing is frozen!).
