Excellent! Got the Pollo Saltado (sp?) and it's delicious. Will definitely come back to this truck! Wanna try the steak one next!

The lomo saltado is the best I've had in DC. I also ordered a side of plantains and it was delicious.

The food is very flavorful and they give you a decent size portion.

Very good Ceviche...a little over-kill on the red onion though. I don't think they need to add additional red onion rings as a bed and as an additional garnish on top since there is chopped red onions in it already. And be super careful how much of the green pepper sauce you add- it made it over the top spicy. Sweet potato on the side off-set the sweat cracking heat. Service is super friendly and helpful, but expect to wait (they will tell you 10 minutes)- so no surprises for waiting for good food.

If you would have said these were out of a box with and deep fried, no spices or flavoring for $9, I would have gone somewhere else. Horrible Wings, no flavor, small, not worth even trying anything else at your truck.

I love Peruvian style chicken. The flavor on the actual Chicken was pretty spot on. Very delicious and the flavor actually had depth. However.. I really wanted Yuca and they had already ran out so I settled for the fries. The fries were really good and they give you plenty of them. They have a slight sweetness to them that accompanies the chicken well. I also got the salad... which I do not recommend anyone get ever. They freeze their salads and i thought I would try it anyways. But it was like eating ice chips. so sad because i love the chicken paired with salad and the dressing.. if you like frozen salad... maybe you will like the truck.. or just get anything but the salad.

Awesome and flavorful. Nice Guys that work the truck. First time trying the Yucca and loved it.The chicken was so moist and tender.

I saw everyone in front of me with cash so was initially worried they didn't take a card; I was wrong, and thank goodness I was! I went initially because the truck was one of four located very close to my office and I am a fan of peruvian style chicken. Upon seeing the menu board, I had decided on 3 tacos instead (swayed by the thought of chorizo and jalapeno in one single taco!). I was originally going to get ground beef instead of fish when the awesome guy taking orders said I really should try the fish. I AM SO HAPPY I DID! The mango topped lightly breaded fish went perfectly with the other ingredients of the taco and stuck together nicely with the tortilla so I wasn't left with remnants all over myself taunting others with what I had consumed for lunch. The Chorizo Jalapeno was actually my favorite, followed closely by the fish. I will be following DC Pollo's locations as of today!

I love Peruvian food and was very excited to see a convenient truck selling moist and delicious Peruvian chicken. Two suggestions though- no iceberg lettuce!! I would be willing to pay a little extra for a quality side salad. A few people in line that I spoke to were disappointed with the iceberg as well. Also- a non-mayo based dressing would be delightful for the health conscience ones. Thanks a ton!
