Tomorrow, Books & Bites returns to MLK Library with Carolina Q and Curbside Cupcakes! It’s the third year of this partnership between DC Public Library and DMV Food Truck Association.

Books & Bites is 11:30 am to 1:30 pm every Wednesday through August at 901 G Street NW.

The perfect end to your work week can be found at Truckeroo!  25 of DC’s best food trucks, with live music and adult beverages are in bountiful supply.  Truckeroo is open until 11pm, free admission, all ages, with plenty of seating!  Location: Half & M St SE, across from the Navy Yard metro.

From now until 11pm, Truckeroo will be hosting 25+ food trucks, music, adult beverages, and games at the Fairgrounds (Half St and M St SE, across from the Navy Yard/Ballpark metro entrance)!  With plenty of covered and uncovered seating provided, the event is free admission and all-ages for the duration. BBQ Bus Goes Brick and Mortar at Denizens Brewing Co

New Restaurant, Bar and Brewery Opens this Summer in Silver Spring

SILVER SPRING, MD. – On tap for downtown Silver Spring: A new barbecue restaurant at Denizens Brewing Co from one of the DMV’s favorite food trucks.

BBQ Bus at Denizens Brewing Co will serve a menu of barbecue favorites including smoked and pulled pork, Angus brisket, smoked chicken, and tender baby backs to go with the Denizens brewery’s standout lineup of beers brewed onsite.

“Beer and BBQ! What’s a better combo than that?” said Tadd Ruddell-Tabisola, BBQ Bus Owner and Executive Chef.

The 7,500-square-foot restaurant and craft brewery is blocks from the Silver Spring Metro at 1115 East-West Highway and will open in mid-July.
