
The first Curbside Cookoff of 2013 will be held this Saturday (July 13) from noon-7pm 9pm (hours extended!) at at 200 K Street SE! Like Truckeroo, Curbside Cookoff is a gathering of many top DC food trucks, paired with music, games (including children’s area) and adult beverages. Curbside Cookoff is organized by the Food Truck Association of Metropolitan Washington members and also tends to be more family and conveniently held on Saturdays.
A suggested donation of $1 will be collected for Miriam’s Kitchen, which works to end chronic homelessness in DC. Here is the list of trucks serving at July 13th Curbside Cookoff:

- Aug. 24 – Congressional Cemetery, 1801 E Street SE (Potomac Avenue Metro)
- Sep. 28 – Wheaton, MD, Reedie Drive and Triangle Lane (Wheaton Metro)
- Oct. 26 – St. Elizabeth’s East, 1100 Alabama Avenue SE (Congress Heights Metro)
