Truckeroo is today, July 15, at Das Bullpen across from the Navy Yard/Baseball Stadium metro station (Half & M St SE)! About 20 food trucks will be on site all day from 11am – 11pm! There are plenty of picnic tables, games and live music for all to enjoy. Admission is free!

Note: Don’t be scared off by the ID check at the front gate as that is only for people wanting to enjoy adult beverages. The evening atmosphere is very family friendly and I lost count of how many families I saw at the first Truckeroo.
Had an awesome time at Truckaroo complete with snagging the last Lamb gyro from Tasty Kabob, converting a non-food truck fan into a food truck fanatic and getting a photo op with Top Chef Carla Hall. I’m also pretty sure we saw Michael Voltaggio too but no one confirmed it 🙂 Cheers!
