damnit. There goes my hopes of starting the Ninja Sushi Truck, DC’s only sushi truck complete with ninja performers doing all sorts of ninja stuff.
I don’t have any menu details yet, but I’m hoping for something more like Teaism’s bento boxes. Sushi (with raw fish) is a really hard thing to pull off in 100 degree weather. You’d need to serve it encased in ice!
