The Washington Post’s Tim Carman published an article noting how the government shutdown is negatively affecting DC food truck businesses.  And, today’s rain is definitely not helping matters!  However, there are plenty of food trucks serving today and some trucks are equipped with awnings to shelter you while you order & wait to pick up your delicious lunch. 🙂
