It’s evident that every DC food truck strives to become licensed in both DC and Arlington, Virginia.  And it’s for good reason, because that’s where the business is!  Some trucks get their start in Arlington and then branch out to DC while others, including Sweetbites Mobile Cafe, get their start in DC and branch out into Arlington.
