Lamb Dhabe Da – SubContinent
Ropa Vieja – Latin America
Lemongrass Basil Fish – Asia
Beef Stroganoff – Europe
Maghreb Chicken – Medi

All of the above served on Jasmine Rice
Falafel – vegetarian Medi

Saucalito (14th & K today) will feature the Ropa Vieja and Lamb Dhabe Da.
