Rito Loco offers unique burritos, served up on toasted tortillas.  They forego the usual rice, beans, corn, and lettuce in favor of ingredients like pico de gallo, garlic & onion and fresh mint. Most exciting are their vegetarian items, like the FruitRito, which includes fresh fruit, granola, cinnamon & condensed milk.  They plan to start serving in DC in the next 3 weeks.  Their page contains a link to the menu.
