PORC Mobile, AKA Purveyors of Rolling Cuisine, will be launching their food truck today! As the name implies, they will be serving various meat products, like smoked brisket, pulled pork & sausages. According to TBD.com, they held a soft opening this past weekend at Pug (H Street Northeast).

According to their latest Facebook status, it seem like the plan is to serve lunch today at Franklin Square.
