This morning, Pleasant Pops announced that they have signed a lease and will be opening their first store at 18th St NW and Florida Avenue sometime this summer 2012! Even more exciting is that you can help Brian & Roger get their start by contributing to their Kickstarter campaign (which will go towards purchasing kitchen equipment and constructing a seating area made of reclaimed wood).

Pleasant Pops becomes the 6th DC food truck that started as a truck and is graduating to opening a brick & mortar shop! The other 5 trucks to open (or have opened) a shop are: El Floridano, PORC, DC Empanadas, District Taco and Sauca.
