I'm usually a pho person, but I actually didn't try the pho, I had the hibachi chicken with yum yum sauce. YOU HAVE TO GET THE YUMYUM SAUCE. It was so good! This truck was fast, the portion was huge (I couldn't finish it, and I eat a lot), and I was overall satisfied. They stopped coming to Court House! Come back!

The chicken pho was delicious, and the portions were generous - I will definitely eat here again! I have one suggestion, though. The pho comes in a tall plastic container, and the truck provides very small plastic forks and spoons. I couldn't even reach the noodles until I'd eaten half my soup. Simple solution: put the pho in short broad carry-out containers (bowl versus glass shape) or provide larger utensils. There's no other room for improvement!
The broth for the Pho was very good -- albeit a little bit on the salty side. What may keep me away next time is the fact that the noodles were solid

Well, it was a delicious mistake cause adding the hibachi veggies tasted amazing. Freaking awesome Pho, ate the entire thing, holy cow satisfaction level is very high feeling great!!!

Perfect antidote to a cool, rainy day. Broth was delicious, good chunks of chicken, and a generous portion of noodles. Plus, they offered a baggie of all the standard toppings (lime, basic, bean sprouts, jalapeno). Just like my favorite pho joint, but far quicker!

This truck is friendly, organized and has really great food. My order was cooked perfectly and it came in a timely manner. The guy who took the order as well as the cooks are extremely friendly and the food taste just as good or better than hibachi that you get from a restaurant. This has become one of my favorite food trucks.
The ratios of broth to noodles to meat were all off. Need to have less than half the amount of noodles in the dish. I felt like it was all noodl

Needs at least twice as much beef, and if it's eye of round it should be sliced very thin because it's a tough cut. That's why most good pho restaurants around here can serve it raw, it's sliced so thin that when it hits the boiling hot soup it cooks instantly. Strive for that type of cut.
Broth was very tasty. Reduce the noodles, up the beef, slice it properly, and we'll have a winner.
Pho-Bachi started serving Vietnamese cuisine in Arlington, VA in August 2013. Â The truck is black and doesn’t appear to have any big logos on it at this time.
