These other reviews are not lying--the portions are HUGE! Very sassified!

As a growing young man, it is difficult to find food truck options that are high quality, tasty, and filling. This truck has met the trifecta of desire. My co-worker was impressed when I opened the clamshell container to discover the food was overflowing with gyro goodness. Unlike other gyro trucks, this truck uses big chunks of meat, lots of tomatoes and onions, and fresh crumbled feta. #bomb.com

I tried this place for the first time last week. It was delicious and the portion was huge!! Definitely a must have anytime I see this truck!

The rice was mushy & actually tasted bad. I'm not sure how you can make rice taste iffy. (Granted, it was 2pm, but other trucks keep their rice fresh that late.) One black hair in the food - my hair isn't black.

I've tried most of the selection of gyros from the food trucks, and this one reigns SUPREME.
Excellent meat, good bread and friendly service. Definitely a winner!

Hopefully that pic comes through. I don't know what they put into this food but I keep coming back for more. I normally don't even take the time to write these things but I have been so impressed that I feel I owe it to the ladies of the Pars Kabob truck. As always the food was excellent and the salad fresh and flavorful. The service has always been fast and polite. Don't kill me here but I even told them today that they should raise their price by a buck. I think its worth it. If you like this style of food give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

I tried Pars Kabob today (7/29/14) for the first time and absolutely enjoyed the chicken over rice. Yum. Definitely will be on the lookout for this truck again. Thanks!!

This by far IMHO is the best kabob truck in DC. The price is also cheaper than the rest. Since stumbling onto this gem I have eaten here dozens of times and NEVER been disappointed. The only disappointment comes when they are not at Metro Centre. PLEASE PLEASE come back. I was forced to eat off of the Tasty Kabob truck again and again I hated it. If you were at Metro Centre every day I would eat there every day.

I miss you guys.

Food was hot and delicious. Great portion size and overall great value. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. Will definitely visit this truck again!

Excellent customer service (although she probably needs to yell when orders are ready) and really delicious, delicious food.
