The owner of the Pasta Boss truck decided to switch up the brand & cuisine and relaunched as Krazy Koshary recently.  The reviews are streaming in, and it sounds like the truck is a hit!  They are serving at State Department (20th & Virginia) today.  Here is a truck photo and menu.
