The owner of Dylan’s Downhome Food Truck got in touch with me to let us know about their new food truck that is launching in the next two weeks. This truck will be operating on Saturdays-only (to start) and far from downtown DC, in Stafford Virginia. But, it will be in good company with Beach Fries (which operates in Fredericksburg). The cuisine is described as: Real. Southern. Food.
Plans are already in motion to get permitted in Arlington and Fairfax county, so we will all be able to sample their cuisine closer to DC in a few months time. In case you can’t wait until the local permits come through, they do cater as well.
