Thanks to LOWswimmer for the tip & pic showing Maui Wowi serving at Farragut Friday today! Maui Wowi tweeted a couple of days ago that they secured their DC permit, but did not tweet any locations as of yet. This is probably a soft-opening.  More info is on their page.
