Here is some great Monday news for Arlington food truck fans!  As mentioned in December, the Institute for Justice joined the defense of Seoul Food food truck, which was facing the possibility of up to a year in jail and a fine of $2,500. Their alleged crime? Not moving their truck far enough.  An Arlington County judge today granted the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s motion to nolle prosequi in its case against the Korean fusion food truck Seoul Food, completely dismissing the case.
