Just a few weeks ago, Xavier (@xatizol) and I were discussing a Frankenstein sandwich that looked like the love child of @bigcheesetruck, @CapMacDC and @bbqbusdc (if that’s even possible!).

Well, today (Sept 14th), Eat Wonky makes that idea a reality by offering a mash-up at L’Enfant: Wonky Fries w/ El Floridano pulled pork on top!

I hear that there are a few more mash-ups to come soon and will keep you posted. 🙂
