The tweets started rolling on at lunch time that Firebook Bakery called the cops on the Wheresauca Pangea truck.  A couple of tweets explained the situation:

PANGEA is looking 4 parking, but we need 2 keep a line in front of PANGEA or the ppl at Firehook bakery across the park will call the DCRA

@s1ncer1ty Firehook calls the cops every time we R thr! if thr is a no line the police move us. not sure theydont share R 1 luv vision!

So, I guess in DC your food truck needs to have a line in front of it, otherwise anyone can call the police and force you to move. Weird!
