As previously mentioned, the DMV Food Truck Association, in conjunction with GMU, have developed a website app to enable food truck owners to trade their DCRA vending lottery spots.  For $5 or $10/month (non-DMVFTA members), food truck owners can enter the spots that they would like to trade and await the results via email a few days later.  Owners that sign-up in the month of April can cancel the subscription anytime before June 30 without being charged, so it seems like something worth trying, right? 🙂  A full FAQ is online at the DMVFTA website.
