I bought a chicken sandwich was soggy. I could not eat it.

I would like to take back my original comment. I tried it again when it cam...and it was a much better experience. Please visit more often!

I was so excited for this truck to finally come to the State Department. Although the food was excellent (we were delighted to find out they had fries). We had to wait 45 minutes before we even gave our order. We then had to wait longer for our fries to be ready. I mean seriously? Get your act together.

I ordered the 8 count Nugget Meal which included fries and beverage for approx 8.25 (according to menu on truck . For my drink I asked for a lemonade and asked for and extra drink (Iced tea). I looked at my receipt and noticed that I was charged 1.75 for the lemonade AND 2.20 for the iced tea which brought my total to 12.25. I was overcharged as the nugget meal was suppose to come with a drink. I will definitely pay closer attention next time. I will still be calling the manager about this.

My complaint is that they don't show up regularly, one week they make the Navy Yard/Metro, next week they don't, tired of trying to plan my lunch, and then find out, they have picked another location, they seem to make it to the Navy Yard/Metro, about twice a month, which is totally beat.

I was excited to finally order from the Chik-fil-a food truck. I've always loved their food. I ordered a side salad with my sandwhich to be good. However, when I bit into the salad, there was something hard. Come to find out, it was a figer nail. GROSS! Won't be ordering from them every again.

Personel at the State Department love this truck so much. You need to come to the State Departement location, so we can have some waffle fries and your delicious chicken. Thank you.

I've been going to this truck on a weekly basis ever since it began coming to Metro Center. Not only is the food wonderfully hot and delicious, but the staff that work in the truck are incredibly nice and efficient. It takes me longer to eat the sandwich (savoring every bite) than what it takes to stand in line at the food truck. I am always a happy camper when the Chick-fil-A truck comes around!
