Bayou Bros food truck got in touch to let us all know that they have completed all of their inspections and will start serving on Monday, April 2, 2012!  They will start out with a limited menu of Louisiana cuisine to ensure speedy service.  Here is a photo of their truck and one of their specialty items (soft-shelled crab po’boy).
